2D PDF/DWG or just a photo with dimensions. We confirm feasibility within 8 working hours.
STEP 02
Sample & approve
Machined sample in 3-5 days. You approve the finish and cutouts before tooling time is booked.
STEP 03
Batch production
Casting, machining, finishing and 100% appearance check. 15 days for 1,000 pcs.
STEP 04
Ship & document
EXW / FOB / DDP. Full export docs, plus spare parts at 1% of order quantity.
